Policy makers in the areas of employment, training and professional integration, stakeholders in employment, training and professional integration or even training funding organizations were invited to Lyon to participate in a policy recommendations workshop.
OBJECTIVES
More and more professional situations justify integrating soft skills in the world of education and in the world of business: Recruitment difficulties, retraining, skills development, transformation of skills, technological transformations, etc.
The objective of this workshop is to bring together actors and decision-makers in employment, training and professional integration who are concerned by this issue to participate in the development of policy recommendations carried out by the European consortium ED EN hub .
